The third event of the ISAF World Cup was completed over the Easter weekend in Palma Majorca. Britain's GBR squad picked up eight medals including Gold in the Finn and Laser events. Report and images below.
Over in Rio, the Boston leg of the Volvo Ocean Race got underway Saturday in a light southwesterly sea breeze with Telefonica Black taking an early lead and in the UK the Red Funnel Easter Challenge was taking place.
Very different was the Windsurf Round Hayling Island race held on Good Friday from Hayling Island SC. This event which reached a peak of popularity in the 80's with over 500 taking part, has been revived and almost 100 took part in less then ideal conditions. The winner was Rob Kent from the Calshot Activity Centre.
