In the aftermath of the Rolex China Sea Race, it's all over bar the shouting and the home deliveries. But there's been plenty of shouting at the Commodore's Cup, as the Manila Yacht Club sought to squash the regatta with a court action that smelled strongly of Swiss hard cheese.

A little further north, in Shanghai, the 15th China International Boat Show kicked off, with a Gala Dinner on opening night to present the 1st Asian Marine & Boating Awards, an awards programme aiming to set "a new standard for recognizing excellence in the ever-growing marine industry in China".
