For some their Route du Rhum journey has ended, others are still at sea. Franck Cammas' giant multihull Groupama 3 crossed the line ahead of the fleet, while Roland Jourdain onboard Veolia Environnement is the IMOCA 60 and overall winner. Jourdain has made history as the only skipper to win the event twice.
The Louis Vuitton Trophy Dubai regatta got off to a bang - literally - and the Velux 5 Oceans skippers are finishing the first leg of the race with US Skipper Brad Van Liew taking the honours.
