Sailing ACTION!!!

It's all happening – we just spent two days at the Moth Australian titles, where Nathan Outteridge scored five bullets in six races. The action was fantastic. If you can get on the water at Lake Macquarie, for the worlds of the Worlds, get there, but you will need to be really careful.

You will need eyes everywhere, these guys are lightning fast and they sail as some very odd angles. Its particularly difficult below the pin, so if official boats are waving you back its for sa reason.

Sail-World will have its own photographers on the water at the Dragon Worlds, the Musto Skiffs worlds, the Etchells Nationals and the Moth Worlds.

We have some crazy action from the Moths, as you can see right here!!

If you are planning to sail at Audi Victoria Week - you better be quick- entries close Monday, some interesting new courses too - if you've not done it before - get organised and be there!!!

With loads of Australian Nationals being sailed, it's easy to see the organised events, who know how to deliver value to their sponsors - they are the ones loading daily news and photos direct via the very simple Sail-World upload system.

In case you are asking – why would we bother? That is a good question. It helps lift the profile of your Class and Yes, sponsors DO like 220,000 sailors hearing about their support of YOUR sport.

If you class is running a Nationals or is about to, please point out the upload news and photos button on the top of every page of Sail-World.com

There is no excuse for -' Oh the local media does not care about sailing - we do and in most cases we are quite a lot bigger than them!!'
