Derek Hatfield finishes Velux 5 Oceans third sprint

Velux 5 Oceans - Canadian ocean racer Derek Hatfield has finished the third ocean sprint of the Velux 5 Oceans crossing the finish line in Punta del Este, Uruguay, at 5.52pm local time (1952 UTC) to take fourth position. Derek completed the leg from Wellington in New Zealand to Punta del Este in 25 days, 18 hours and 22 minutes, just over an hour behind fellow ocean racers... [more]
