Sanctuary Cove in solid shape, more marine industry news

This is a busy time for all exhibitors and those involved in one of Australia's most iconic boat shows, and certainly one of the world's most significant on the international calendar. With just two weeks til the event, rumours of it being on shaky ground (or waters) are completely unfounded . . . and yet, have found their way into the pages and online of some apparently reputable journals.

Once and for all, Sue Thomson from Sanctuary Cove assures industry and public alike that the event is a firm fixture on the Sanctuary Cove marketing schedule and an event that has millions of dollars and man hours committed to it, particularly with the 25th anniversary event just two years away. Read the exclusive story here and let's get on with the show!

MarineBusiness-World.com has naming rights to the massive mega-Pavilion A this year, something we are very proud of. We are also working with Sanctuary Cover show organisers on the Visitor Survey, to find out exactly whey people do and do not attend the show, their intentions to buy and a profile of the show's attendance. We will reveal more details of the Survey and related promotion next week, so stand by.

From around the world, we also bring you news of the Olympic Sailing classes by Richard Gladwell, Korea update, new products from Navico and launches from Green Line, Vicem and Argus, among others.

Finally, we are looking for keen and qualified fishing writers who are eager to be part of the new project from TetraMedia, our new Fishing and Boating website. Take a look and if your skills and interest fit the bill, get in touch.
